Returns Policy


CUSTOM ORDERS


 Our years of experience has helped us craft a simple yet effect ordering process which is as follows

  1. On the finalization of the outfit & the colour 50% advance (payable by credit card, paypal or bank transfer) is requested to begin the process of construction the outfit.
  2. On the successful reception of payment a custom measurement sheet is sent, all measurements are to be taken in inches.
  3. Once we receive the measurements they go through a verification process and then the outfit is put into construction.
  4. A few images will be shared while the garment is in construction (via facebook messanger, whatsapp or email)
  5. The outfit will take 15 days or more to construct depending on the intricacy of the design.
  6. Once the outfit is ready a few photos and a video will be shared.
  7. On the successful verification of all fittings and client satisfaction on the look a bill for the remaining 50% payment would be raised.
  8. We provide different payable courier and insurance service based on your needs.
  9. The outfit will be shipped once all pending payment has been made.

We are more than happy to receive images from you showing us how wonderful you look in the dress on your special occasion.



RETURNS


Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange are as follows:-


If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

  1. All custom made orders are non-returnable.
  2. All items on SALE or promotional discounts/offers are non-returnable.
  3. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
  4. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  5. The item should be packed in the original packaging.
  6. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  7. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  8. In case of any return/store-credit or alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Allconditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at team@vidhivermadesigns.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91-9456813474 which remains open 10am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday). If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit, we do provide optional paid insured courier services.


 

CANCELLATION


 We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
